A Fun Place To Learn More About Our Family

And Missionary Ministry

The Wornica Family

Gary and Bettina,

Rebekah and Rachel Wornica

A New Ministry Assignment as of February 5th, 2008:

Gary is joining LATS (Latin America Theological Seminary), the master's level ministerial training program for the Assemblies of God in Latin America.  We prayed for 5 days and from the first prayer the Lord made it crystal clear that we should take this step of faith for Gary to become the administrator and professor of missiology for the LATS modules conducted in 8 countries (Mexico, Guatemala, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru and Argentina).

We're an Assembly of God missionary family studying at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri.
Gary is from St. Louis but claims Willard, Missouri as his latest adopted home town.

Bettina is from Frankfurt, Germany.

Lyndon was born in Chihuahua, Mexico and is in the U.S. Air Force.

Rebekah was born in San Jose, Costa Rica and is 17 years old.

Rachel was born in Oaxaca City, Mexico and is 15 years old.

Map of Mexico

Where is Oaxaca City, (pronounced "Wah-HA-Ca")?

Oaxaca City lies in a valley located 325 miles southeast of Mexico City.

It has a population of around 400,000.

It is one of the best kept secrets in all of Mexico.

Missionaries to Mexico:

We served 25 years in Mexico before joining Latin America Theological Seminary in 2008.
